Exit Strategies in a Soft Market
When a captive or RRG dissolves, there are multiple “divorce issues" that ensue and it is crucial that strong preparations are made to prevent unnecessary complications. The seminar will explore the issues that arise not only from the dissolution of the RRG/captive and insured relationship, most notably the return of capital, but also the problems that captives specifically face when ending their fronting relationships .Members of the panel will give perspectives on these concerns from their multiple angles of expertise - sharing their first-hand war stories and the lessons they have learned from successes and missteps.
